On September 17, the Accounting Standards Board of Japan (ASBJ) published a project plan towards the convergence between IFRS and JGAAP.
The plan aims to eliminate differences between the two standards by 2011, but does not seem to contain any of its unique perspectives.

The French seem to have a long history of satire as can be seen from this quote and other writers such as Montaigne and La Rochefoucauld.
Although it is difficult to comment specifically, the above quote is very moving indeed.
