A Subsidiary of German company specializing in precision mechanical equipment. Their technology is highly regarded having a large product line. Their products are used in medical and areas of bioscience.
OUTLINE OF THE PROJECT
Although applying SAP for the Japanese subsidiaries, high turnover of accountants resulted in accounting manager acting as training staff not being able to focus on managerial tasks.
Problem-solving process and results
N&M were consulted at the time when the accountants were about to leave their job. Our highly trained staff provided SAP data input service on site. The staff providing service on site was able to acknowldege the main problem of high turnover were due to the fact that SAP data input process being very complex. Therefore N&M documented a manual for SAP data input.
