Parent company is a US based software company. The software is used by 70% of major corporations in construction and engineering industry in the US. They have subsidiaries and branches all over the world.
OUTLINE OF THE PROJECT
We consulted the company in minimizing risk in changing of accounting process and assistance in outsourcing cash management activities. We provided a list of inhouse tasks which is efficiently managed when outsourced.
Problem-solving process and results
N&M provided on site accounting service with fully trained junior accountant, backing up with a senior tax accountant off site. This enabled the company to manage accounting matters without having a controller for their Japan entity. As a result enabled the subsidiary to cut down on the head count and manage efficient without having to worry about staffing for accounting department.
